Their gas usage is characterized by high flow rates, elevated pressure, diverse equipment, complex environments, and dense personnel concentrations. A single gas leak or pressure anomaly can easily trigger catastrophic incidents such as fires or explosions. According to the "Standards for Determining Major Accident Hazards in Industrial and Trading Enterprises," failure to install pressure monitoring and alarm systems, or lack of interconnection between these systems and emergency automatic shut-off devices, shall be classified as a major accident hazard.

Solution Architecture

Pressure monitoring data is synchronized in real time with the emergency shut-off valve. When abnormal pressure is detected, the system triggers an immediate valve closure via Emergency Shut-Off Valve Cat.1 and pushes alerts to the alarm host in real time. Device location and alert status are displayed on a GIS-based platform. Alarm schemes can be flexibly configured based on industry and operating conditions. Alerts are delivered via SMS, phone calls, and other channels.
