Solution Background
Industrial and trading enterprises are key targets and high-risk zones for urban gas supply. Their gas usage is characterized by high flow rates, elevated pressure, diverse equipment, complex environments, and dense personnel concentrations. A single gas leak or pressure anomaly can easily trigger catastrophic incidents such as fires or explosions. According to the "Standards for Determining Major Accident Hazards in Industrial and Trading Enterprises," failure to install pressure monitoring and alarm systems, or lack of interconnection between these systems and emergency automatic shut-off devices, shall be classified as a major accident hazard.

Solution Architecture
Pressure monitoring data is synchronized in real time with the emergency shut-off valve. When abnormal pressure is detected, the system triggers an immediate valve closure via Emergency Shut-Off Valve Cat.1 and pushes alerts to the alarm host in real time. Device location and alert status are displayed on a GIS-based platform. Alarm schemes can be flexibly configured based on industry and operating conditions. Alerts are delivered via SMS, phone calls, and other channels.

Monitoring Alert
Real-time monitoring of gas pipeline pressure with immediate alerts triggered when pressure exceeds or falls below set thresholds. The system supports multi-level alarm configurations, adaptable to various operating conditions. Alarm notifications are instantly delivered via phone and SMS to ensure rapid response.

Auto-cut
Establish a second-level "monitor-alarm-shutoff" linkage to eliminate the delays and uncertainties of manual response. When severe anomalies are detected, the system automatically triggers emergency shutoff valves to isolate risk sources within the critical first 3 minutes of an incident, significantly reducing consequences.
